Dr. Ronke Komolafe, DBH, MBA

Dr. Komolafe has a Doctoral degree in Behavioral Health Management with a focus on integrating Physical and Behavioral Health. She has 15 years of experience in healthcare, and is known for her leadership qualities, regulatory analysis, Integrated Care, and Electronic Health Record expertise. Dr. Komolafe currently serves as the CEO of Integrated Physical & Behavioral Health Alliance, serves on the board of many organizations, and is on the Forbes Business Council.

Prior to starting IPBHA, Dr. Komolafe served as the Director of Integrated Care Solutions at NextGen and the VP of Compliance & Operations with Topaz Information in Phoenix, Arizona. Dr. Komolafe was a Sr. Public Health Administrator at Health Net, where she integrated healthcare delivery and payer services for high-needs high-cost patients.

Previously, Dr. Komolafe served as Behavioral Health Program Manager with Arizona Medicaid. In this position, Dr. Komolafe monitored health plans delivery of behavioral health services for Medicaid patients. Prior to Arizona Medicaid, Dr. Komolafe served as a Behavioral Health Case Manager to patients with mental illness at Southwest Network.
Dr. Komolafe completed her Sustainable Strategy program at Harvard Business School in 2020. She earned her Doctor of Behavioral Health degree from ASU in 2018, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Louisville.

Dr. Komolafe enjoys scuba diving, snorkeling, traveling, yoga, writing, meditation, hiking, and dancing. She resides in Phoenix, Arizona.
